A quick post

Today's blog post is going to have to be a short one.  I have, as always, waited far too long to get to writing today's post (Mom wasn't here to remind me!) and now I am rushing to get you updated before I have to jet off to National Label to go over a few things for our labels that we will be getting next week!  Because.......we are bottling some new wines soon!  And some of these labels are brand new, like the ones for Rose and Sauvignon Blanc.  You wouldn't believe the number of pantone colors they have in the pink family and the yellow family.  So, today, I have to make the final selection as to colors...hopefully you guys like my choices!

There has been some fun stuff happening here.  Last Friday, our friend Marc Supsic stopped by to sample our 2015 Rose, 2015 Sauvignon Blanc, 2014 Chardonnay, and our 2014 Barrel Select Cabernet Sauvignon.  He had the nicest things to say about the wines that we are going to be bottling next week!  It makes me very excited to release them so that all of our Karamoor lovers get to give them a try as well.  On Tuesday of this week we had our friends from Tria Taproom out!  They are great.  They created their own Petit Verdot blend that they will be featuring at their restaurant the 2nd week of February!  If you live in Philadelphia or in the Philadelphia area and you have not stopped into any of the Tria locations (they have 4 including Tria Taproom), you are missing out.  They offer awesome cheeses, food, beers, and a great wine list (obviously!), and for Valentine's Day, they are having some great specials for all you Rosé lovers out there (not ours (because it's not bottled yet) but some really great ones!).

I hope that you all made it through the snow storm safely.  My dogs were not fans once it got to more than 12 inches.  They are short little Olde English Bulldogges, so this snowstorm dropped more inches than they are high!  We had to shovel a good portion of our backyard.  I really enjoyed having to shovel our driveway and walks, dig our cars out, and shovel the grass...

Sorry to go so quickly, but I hope that you have a wonderful weekend.  Until next time...
