Pineapple aromas with butterscotch and honeysuckle lead to juicy pear flavors with hints of vanilla-oak and lively fresh minerality.  The balanced acidity supports a rich, full-bodied and lingering finish.

100% Chardonnay

50% stainless steel fermented, 50% oak barrel fermentation (15% of which was new French oak).  60% Malo-lactic fermentation, and it was sur lie aged for 9 months with battonage every 2 weeks.

Would like to see a "blind" tasting of this, compared to Mersault, Montrachet, and Chateau Montelena Chardonnay. I think the Karamoor would win. This is your best Chardonnay yet, and in the white Burgundy style.
