Another week in 2016 crossed out! I could not be more excited for this weekend. Tonight, we are heading to a Halloween party at our gym. I am not going to tell you what I am going to be - instead, on next week's blog I will show you a picture. I can't show you a picture or tell you what Matt is being because it is inappropriate for business blogs. In addition to our fun Halloween party, my Aunt Des and Uncle Joe are hosting our engagement party tomorrow night. I could not be more excited! It is a Mexican Fiesta themed engagement party and I have a feeling that there will be sombreros, stick on mustaches, guacamole, and a truckload of tequila. That mixed with our awesome family and great group of friends will be a recipe for a buena fiesta! I have been excited for weeks and I can't believe that it is finally here! My brother and Steph are coming in from Chicago, Matt's parents are coming in from Indiana, my cousins are coming down from NYC...it's gonna be great.
Here's another great thing: 2016 harvest is over! What a relief. And we finished RIGHT before the frost that we had on Wednesday. Phew. We have been posting photos and videos on our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/KaramoorEstate/. Check it out! Anyway, I am sure that winery crew is happy to have a stress free weekend this weekend!
I know that I promised to post a picture of Shaina in her Halloween costume, but she didn't dress up (that little stinker!). Or at least, she's not dressed up yet. Maybe I shouldn't have told her that I was going to post a picture of her in her costume on the blog today. She is still heading to Plymouth Country Club tonight for their Halloween party (she will be there from 6-7PM). Next week we have quite the busy week! On Tuesday we have a large group coming out for a tasting, on Wednesday, Shaina is heading to a networking event in Conshohocken, on Friday we have our scheduled tour date (only 2 tickets left!).
We added some new items on the website (more to follow in the coming weeks)....I am going to eliminate the suspense and tell you that the new items are 3 pack gift packs! We wanted to make a few easy options for your gifting this holiday season! So far, we have a turkey pairing gift pack, a ham pairing gift pack, and a Karamoor's choice gift pack! I will go into more detail about them next week, but I just wanted to put them on your radar. We will be adding a beef and lamb pairing gift pack as well as a 7-fishes gift pack!
I hope that you have a wonderful weekend. I know that I plan to! Until next time...
