Karamoor’s fruit forward style Chardonnay minimizes a strong oak influence by utilizing a fermentation in 50% French oak barrels (12% new) and 50% in stainless steel. A bright entry on the palate, and an impression of flinty minerality, carry tastes of pear and subtle hints of sugar brulee to a clean and balanced, lingering acidic finish.  A wonderful “Chablis-like” style of Chardonnay that will pair seamlessly with food dishes that are highlighted by a wine with crisp and fresh flavors.
